No entiendo muy bien que quiere decir se verifica por la ausencia de...Se trata de una nota de pie de página.
Para la relevancia de la antijuridicidad como momento posterior a la tipicidad, pero como momento que se verifica por la ausencia de otras autorizaciones, vid XXXXX
Intento:

Lots of things here Firstly, Spaniards generally use "relevante" to mean "important" and even "large". So perhaps "scale" might be a good translation of "relevancia" here.
(By the same token, they use "importante" to mean "big", just to confuse things further).
Here "verificar" actually looks like it means "verify", though it can mean a whole range of things in reality.
For additional context, it would be useful to see the sentence/paragraph in the body of the text from which this footnote arises
