Explanation:
Sul sito della provincia di Bolzano (vedi sotto) si trova "firmare in segno di accettazione".
Il consolato italiano invece chiama "firma per avvenuto ritiro del passaporto" - "Unterschrift zur Bestätigung der Abholung des Passes", quindi "Unterschrift zur Bestätigung der Annahme" nel caso tuo.
Personalmente preferisco la prima soluzione.
