Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para a expressão DE ACORDO COM O VENTO DE CADA HORA no seguinte contexto:

"Trata-se de um mecanismo que garante a perenidade e a estabilidade das decisões do Bloco de Controle, impedindo constantes mudanças de rumo, DE ACORDO COM O VENTO DE CADA HORA."

Minha solução foi "according to momentary situations", porém, por curiosidade, gostaria de saber se existe uma expressão idiomática mais fiel ao original.
