Explanation:
La factura proforma es un tipo especial de factura borrador, pero no todas las facturas borrador son facturas proforma. En inglés, a la factura proforma se la llama "proforma invoice". A la factura borrador también se la puede denominar, simplemente, "borrador de factura". En ocasiones se habla de borrador y proforma de forma indistinta, no obstante.
