It is only a claim if there is some specific demand for compensation. A claim is a much narrower concept that a complaint. So if you write to say 'my XXX isn't working' that's not a claim in English, it's a complaint. And we don't know that it's a department, it probably isn't so let's not call it that. And it's unlikely to be an address specifically for complaints and nothing else, so you cannot really call it 'claim (complaints) settlement address' either |
