The pump should be mounted in an easily accessible position to serve the lubrication system best,
also allowing the re-filling of the drum without any problems.
After mounting the pump has to be connected to the main pipe and the drum to be filled only with
certified lubricating oils. Take care that no dirt enters the drum and close drum dust-tight immediately
after filling.

Now open the main pipe by means of the vent srew and operate the pump repeatedly until the
lubricant emerges bubble-free at the vent screw. Then close vent screw.

Should the system contain several vent screws repeat the procedure accordingly, to make sure that
the system becomes absolutely bubble-free.

Check lubricant level and refill from time to time and dearate the system as described above before
operation to avoid severe damages at the machine by non-observance of this important instruction!
