English to Arabic Other Law: Contract(s) Franchisee Agreement

2.4.1 Notwithstanding toe license granted to Franchisee under_this Agreement, the parties hereto agree that Balenciaga shall always retain the right to grant a right and license to manufacture, produce, market, distribute and sell, (or any of toe aforesaid) Balenciaga Merchandise directly and/or indirectly to Excluded Customers in the Territory and Franchisee shall have no rights or entitlement whatsoever in relation thereto.
