the context is a will/testament. I am proofreading a translation where the translator has written "marked".
Context:
"Yo, el Notario, doy fé..del presente que signo, firmo, rubrico y sello...FIRMADO: X, SIGNADO: Y"
X and Y refer to different people.
Does "mark" work here or can anyone suggest an alternative?

I was waiting for someone else to answer this, but as there are no takers, here's mine.
I think that to all intents and purposes, "signo, firmo, rubrico" all mean the same thing "I (hereby) sign" = "signed"... So you could effectively ignore "signado" and simply treat it as if it were "firmado" again.

NB: I know a lot of vocabulary in my native English, but I've never come across "paraphed" before, so I can't post an agree to our colleague's suggestion. If he'd suggested "initialled", that might have swayed me...
