description of procedure- chart document-cardiology
Al final del Informe de Diagnóstico de Cateterismo Cardíaco aparece:
Electronically Signed By:
xxx, M.D.
D: 06/12/2015 #123987/45697
T:07/12/2015 10:50 A/vs
"D" he supuesto que se refiere a "Date" y "T" a "Termination" (de la intervención que ha durado un día) pero puestos a imaginar A/vs no tengo ni idea
¿Me podéis dar alguna idea al respecto?
Gracias como siempre por la ayuda brindada.

Cardiac Catheterization and Coronary Angiography
Cardiac Catheterization and Coronary Angiography - Heart and Blood ...
www.merckmanuals.com/.../heart...heart.../cardiac-catheteri...
Cardiac catheterization used with coronary angiography is the most accurate method of diagnosing coronary artery disease. Used together, the two procedures are the only way to directly measure the pressure of blood in each chamber of the heart and to obtain an image of the interior of coronary arteries. These procedures are done to determine whether angioplasty or coronary artery bypass surgery is technically feasible. They may be done to confirm the diagnosis of other heart disorders, to determine the severity of a heart disorder, or to detect the cause of worsening symptoms.

Note from asker:

Discussion
it seems that A will be "a.m." and P will be "p.m." these abreviations are related to the hospitals IT system but I still awaiting for confirmation. back to you tomorrow.
.
In the second medical record (where appears at the end my open question) the surgery performed was a cardiac catheterization together with an angiography.
Is P/ma and A/vs related?
thanks in advance for your help!
was the patient admitted a day before the intervention? If yes, the first is the date of admission, and the second is the Time when the intervention was performed. What was performed? A cardiac catheterization or an angiography?
Which city? Which hospital?
