Hola, estoy traduciendo una Declaración de conflictos de interés de una empresa y me aparece la siguiente oración:

"A Person’s investment of his or her personal assets in the securities of any corporation or business entity whose securities are traded on a national stock exchange or in the over-the-counter market, if such investment does not result in the Person’s owning beneficially, at any time, more than 1% of the publicly traded equity securities of such business entity, shall not constitute a conflict of interest".

Mi duda está donde habla de "in the Person's owning beneficially more than..."

No encuentro el sentido para armar esa oración. Agradezco cualquier ayuda.
