This excerpt comes from an informational guide to Greece and its customs, business customs, history, culture, etc. At the end of the guide, it provides a section to find out more information about Greece where you can find books, articles, etc. in English.

However, I do not understand what it means by "le RN Anglais" in the context below:

I'd be glad to be proved wrong, but I think "online resource" (it can't be resources) is a wild guess. There's a thousand other things it could stand for, but I think the approximate meaning is clear. They may even be expecting you to come up with some English references - you could offer to do so.

It looks like it's most likely online resources. This is a general guide given to employees at a company to familiarize them with Greece, its culture and how they do business. It's all about the do's and dont's and this deals with some extra reading and resources at the end... some are in French, some in English, etc. So I'm assuming that "online resources" in English fits the context of the rest of the document.

@Phil Good point I think I got a bit fixated on the idea of the resources being online, but they are clearly in different forms anyway. The RN could well refer to whoever the intended reader of the "guide" is or be some sort of editorial jargon.

Does it need translating? It's presumably an instruction for an author, editor or whatever saying "find English references for the English version of the guide".
If you really need to know what RN stands for, I wonder whether it might help to know what you mean by guide - is it a book, brochure, website...?

Is it mentioned in full elsewhere in your text? I don't fully understand the relevance of your two www texts. Surely it must be clear or findable if one can see all the documentation. You are asking people to guess.

A-ha! It's "ressources numériques" - lots of hits for that phrase, although the abbrev. RN doesn't seem to be in common use. I'll stick with my original English translation.
