I'm blocked from answering because I'm not a a ProZ member. However, my answer would be 'Mounting Humps'. This is the slightly raised surface of the inner rim and is an extension of the rim bead (the tire also has a bead). This may be why it is named 'retalon', talon being the flat part, or bead.
