French term or phrase: stock de dégradation
This has come up a couple of times in the tender documents I am working on. It is also written as "le stock des dégradations." For context, the document also refers to "le stock de fin de vie," "le stock annexe," "stock de maintenance," and "un autre stock." None of the possible translations I have come up with seem to be terms that are in use at all, so I am wondering if there is an accepted term/translation for whatever this is and I am just completely overlooking it, or if I should get creative.

Full context:
