All records and information in relation to an Emergency Situation which is received by an Assisting Carrier during the course of providing Emergency Support must be kept confidential (unless it is manifestly within the public domain or is required to be disclosed by law or any court of competent jurisdiction) and must not be disclosed without the prior consent (which may be given orally during an Emergency Situation) of the Operating Carrier except under compulsion oflaw in which case the Operating Carrier shall be notified as much in advance of disclosure as practicable.
