Comment: "Nie do końca się zgadzam z określeniem "wykupić umowę" stąd w ogóle zadałam to pytanie. Weksel można wykupić, ale umowy nie.
Dalej w tekście jest opis: Dealer's obligations in favor of Lender shall be that of co-primary obligor under the Note and Security Agreement and not that of surety.
Zatem: może obowiązek wykupu weksla i wstąpienie w obowiązki równorzędnego dłużnika na mocy umowy o zabezpieczenie"
