Abordaje cualitativo

qualitative analysis

Or, perhaps, "qualitative evaluation."

I don't think that "approach" works here.

qualitative approach

I do not see any issues with using approach; a simple Google search will show the term being used often in Statistics

Qualitative Approaches

A qualitative "approach" is a general way of thinking about conducting qualitative research. It describes, either explicitly or implicitly, the purpose of the qualitative research, the role of the researcher(s), the stages of research, and the method of data analysis. here, four of the major qualitative approaches are introduced.

Does it trouble you to learn that there are no variables and hypotheses in this qualitative analysis by Morrill et al. (2000)? This, too, is another difference between the typical qualitative and quantitative approaches to analysis, although there are some exceptions.
