Gilmar Fernandes United States Jennifer, 22:54 Feb 29, 2016  I agree that the EN translation is not up to par in the Angolan site, but I don't think you can go wrong with the literal translation in this case, since the source is also an invented term by those govt. bureaucrats and your translation has to stay close to it to somehow convey the concept.
