Hungarian to English Medical Medical (general)

Dear forum,

What does this mean. It occurs twice in my text. Assuming both occurrences refer to the same thing, I give them here with context:

CT leletben:
Native low-dose CT es FDG-PET:
A tudokben a radiofarmakon eloszlasa normalis. Jobb S3-ban koteges kornyezetben 3 mm-es goc lathato. Basalisan KOTEGEK figyelhetok meg.

CT leletben: A hasi aorta nem tagabb, kornyezeteben az atlagosnal tobb, a pathologias merethatart el nem ero nyirokcsomo latszik. Mindket oldalon az iliaca torzsek menten nehany 6-9 mm-es nyirokcsomo van.
A jobb kozep lebeny 4. segmentumaban 7 mm-es subpleuralis goc lathato, mindket oldalon diszkret KOTEGEK is kimutathatok.
