Lámina, en este caso, es la palabra que se usa para designar a una hoja de papel, que es el soporte del plano de la manzana. Por eso dice "Manzana o Lámina 57". El número de manzana y el número de lámina (en la que está dibujado el plano manzanero) son intercambiables.

Personal research Out of curiosity, I keep checking back in to see if anyone has posted any more convincing references or suggestions. The few Spanish speakers I've asked here in Valencia, Spain, all agree that "lamina" seems an odd usage in the context and have been unable to shed any light on the question.

In architecture, "lámina" is a very usual word to refer to an extense sheet of paper that holds the draft. (We also use "plano" as a synonym.)

So, as I said in the discussion entry, I assume they use the same block number for the sheet where it's drafted.

I'd go for

Block or Sheet 57 Plot/Lot 1 W.
Manzana o Lamina 57 Parcela: 1 W (212) ...

Translaiting "parcela" as "plot" or "lot" would depend on what the correct legal term in documents in the target country is.

= finca/parcela
As I noted in the previous query, it can also mean sheet/slide/lamina.
