Art. 1 - Aspetti generali
Al fine di adempiere agli obblighi assunti nei confronti del Contraente in base alle Condizioni di Polizza, la Compagnia ha costituito un Fondo Interno, suddiviso in quote, al quale collegare direttamente, ai sensi dell’Art. 30, comma I, del Decreto Legislativo 17 marzo 1995 n. 174, le prestazioni del contratto. Il Fondo Interno è denominato BG DINAMICO ed è suddiviso in quote, tutte di uguale valore e diritti.

Art. 2 - Obiettivo del Fondo Interno
Lo scopo della gestione del Fondo è realizzare l’incremento di valore delle somme che vi
affluiscono attraverso una gestione attiva che mira a massimizzare il rendimento del Fondo compatibilmente con l’andamento del benchmark di riferimento e al mantenimento del livello di rischio coerente con quello del benchmark stesso.
Per raggiungere tale obiettivo viene considerato come parametro di riferimento il benchmark di
seguito descritto:
• 50% MSCI Emerging Market
• 35% MSCI World
• 15% JP Morgan Euro Cash 3 mesi
