Erstmanifestation Explanation: Deine Überlegungen sind mit 99%iger Wahrscheinlichkeit schon korrekt. ED ist tatsächlich 'Erstdiagnose' und EM wird häufig benutzt für 'Erstmanifestation'. In der Kombination mit dem Datum, das ja vor der Diagnose liegt, kommt nach der Logik eines Krankheitsverlaufs gar nichts anderes in Frage. Geht man davon aus, dass der Arztbrief standardisiert abgefasst wurde, ist die Antwort eindeutig. Andere Erkenntnisse oder Ergebnisse, die theoretisch mit EM abgekürzt werden könnten, würden nicht an dieser Stelle des Briefes erscheinen.
