receipt/issue slip Explanation: These seem to be industry-standard terms for inventory processing: A goods receipt is the physical inbound movement of goods or materials into the warehouse. It is a goods movement that is used to post goods received from external vendors or from in-plant production. All goods receipts result in an increase of stock in the warehouse. http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/c6/f83f084afa11d... A goods issue is defined in WM as a physical outbound movement of goods or materials from the warehouse. http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/c6/f840044afa11d... When you enter a material document or a delivery, you can enter a goods receipt/issue slip number (GR/GI slip number) in addition to the material document number. |

receipt (advice)/despatch advice Explanation: In international trade EDI terms, a receipt advice (acuse de recibo) is a business document that documents a summary of the products a buyer receives from a vendor. Often referred to simply as "receipt" (recibo/boleta(o)). The Dispatch/Despatch Advice is the support used for reception of the goods and also for verifying the supplier invoices. Customers usually enter the data on this document manually into their systems upon reception of the goods. Correponds to DESADV message in EDI transactions. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs (2016-02-04 08:33:52 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/dispatch-advice... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs (2016-02-04 08:34:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://www.trevisini.it/DOCS_AREA/Materiale_extra/Global Bus... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 19 hrs (2016-02-04 08:36:57 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- NB: The specific usage and meaning of "boleta/boleto" and similar terms can vary quite a bit regionally (between countries).
