English to Swedish Medical Medical (general) Anatomy

This refers to the area of the hand opposite of the thumb - in other words, the area from the end of the little finger to the wrist. This would also be the impact point when using a classical karate chop.

The text I am translating is a description of motorcycle apparel, so I just need a commonly used term for this area of the hand.
