I managed to get in touch with the manufacturer in the end and apparently the phrase meant that the mould does not go soggy and lose its shape. Thank you for all your ideas and for your patience with a very poor ST.

Based on the product I don't think this is to do with the dreaded "soggy pastry bottom", these are molds for chocolates, jellies etc. I wonder if it has something to do with the chocolates etc. "sweating" inside the mold. A silicone is more temperature resistant than, eg, a metal mold, so it would be less prone to condensation if it is heated or cooled... Just a guess.

My wife, who is French, bilingual and who uses such moulds, is certain that it means "won't go soggy at the end". I therefore withdraw my "won't stick" suggestion. She notes that when making a pastry-lined cake, the pastry is sometimes pre-cooked to prevent it from getting soggy with juices from the filling, whereas with this type of mould that is not necessary.

I agree with Tony that is could well mean "with no risk of the contents sticking to the mould at the end of cooking" (for example). I'm thinking of "mouiller" in the scientific/technical sense of "wetting" as used in "wetting agent" for example.

The source text you have is clearly a VERY flawed translation into FR; I suggest you try and get back to the source language to see what on earth they were trying to say. I suspect it MAY mean 'won't stick when you try to turn things out' — but that's one heck of a leap!
