I have it in a list without context, but I've found examples in context.

In the BOE we have:

Cuando no se cumplan las condiciones anteriores, la solicitud de rectificación sólo podrá realizarse en papel.

La Aduana comprobará la rectificación solicitada y procederá de acuerdo a la normativa vigente y específicamente, con la normativa de tránsito cuando ésta sea aplicable.
