This is at the bottom of a military service card from Mexico. Normally I would use something like "VOID IF THIS CARD CONTAINS ANY ERASURE" for such text on ID cards, but I'm not sure if I should go with the literal "... MAY NOT CONTAIN ANY ERASURE".
