This is under Property Inspection Clause. Here goes the text:

" [...], conforme laudo de vistoria realizada pelas partes, que é parte integrante de termo, como anexo I, [...]"

I'm just trying to find a short version than mine:

" [...] as provided for in the property inspection report (by which inspection carried out by the parties hereto) enclosed as Exhibit I, which is an integral part hereof, [...]"

I should mention that "termo de aditamento" is part of the name of the document I'm translating, which is why I'm useing "hereof" for DE TERMO above.
