Portuguese term

terminativas

Portuguese to English Other Business/Commerce (general) Employee satisfaction survey reviewing their supervisors
Employee review of supervisors. Survey from Brazil, but company apparently has a lot of foreigners working for it, so the Portuguese may be from Portugal or Africa as well. Any errors are not mine; this is how it is in the original, so no need to mention them unless it is relevant to the answer.

3 instances, same context:
1. Necessário diminuir as iniciativas de forma a conseguir priorizar os assuntos de melhor resultado ou resultado a curto prazo, possibilitando que a equipe consiga ter mais entregas e mais terminativas.
2. Muita iniciativa e pouca terminativas.
3. Necessita focar em atividades que realmente tragam ganho para a XXX / cliente (mais terminativas face às iniciativas);

I could only find "terminativa" in a legal context, which is not the context here. They are talking about projects and how their managers handle them.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

productive/productivity

maybe this is just a mistranslation/misinterpretation of productivity?

1. Required reduction of the initiatives in order to be able to prioritize the issues of better outcome or result in the short term, enabling the team can have more deliveries and more productive (instead of "terminative")

2. A lot of initiative and little productivity (instead of "terminative")

3. Need to focus on activities that truly bring profit to XXX / customer (more productive face/side the initiatives);

agree David Hollywood : I like your "results" and "outcomes" (either would work IMO)

completion ("terminative")
