Ausgangssatz: la vente des parts qui reviennent au promettant est à sorti par l’autorisation d’acquisition du bien immeuble et garantie transfert du produit de cession délivrée par la BCT .

Es geht um einen Vorvertrag zu einem Immobilienvertrag.
Irgendwie ist der Satz etwas verworren, aber der Kunde sagt, er hat kein anderes Dokument und kann auch nicht helfen. Weiß jemand, was mit diesem Satz gemeint sein kann.

"Der Verkauf der Teile, die Eigentum des zukünftigen Verkäufers sind, ??? durch die Kaufgenehmigung zur Immobilie und durch die von der BCT ausgestellten ???Übertragungsgarantie zum abgetretenen Prodzkt ???"

Da fehlt doch einiges in dem Ausgangssatz, oder?
