No equipment may be returned to the Seller without the prior authorization of the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right at its discretion to authorize such return (such authorization to be in writing) and to give the Customer a credit in respect of the same, subject to the equipment being in the same condition to that at the time of delivery, further subject to the Customer paying a handling charge which shall not be less than 20% of the invoice price of the returned equipment, payable at the time of the return of the goods.
