Actually at page 283 it is not clear what is the economic phenomenon that should remain stable in CZ and AT, and possibly increase by 1-2% in HU and PL (consumption of all agricultural products?, or only cheeses?, quality and generic cheeses together?...).
What is the relation of this indicator with the ones proposed on p. 287 for the consumption of the three promoted cheeses (rates of increase of 20% across the board)?

Direi che la produzione non ha un prezzo ma piuttosto un costo. Mi risulta che "costo di fabbrica" sia l'espressione generalmente utilizzata.
