This term occurs in a text about renovation of an airport. Here's the context. In the first stage of renovation:

This might help

I have never been to the Simferopol airport but I guess what they did was built some shed-like extensions/annexes to the terminal to expand passenger handling capacity (probably both for outbound and inbound traffic but I am not sure).

Please check this glossary entry for "накопитель". It might shed some light on the structure in question.

It appears that these навесонакопители were built at Terminal B (Departures)

Также Глава Крыма осмотрел навесонакопители терминала «В», «зеленую зону», и взлетно-посадочную полосу №2.
