Prospect chaud, c'est correct, mais l'usage est moins fréquent. Prospect qualifié pourrait marcher, mais je dirais plutôt lead qualifié. L'usage est très fréquent.

neutral  GILLES MEUNIER: un lead, c'est un prospect. Ce que vous traduisez est qualified lead. On distingue 3 catégories pour un prospect : froid, tiède, chaud donc ça me semble important d'utiliser ces adjectifs......

  -> Un lead n'est pas exactement un prospect, un prospect est plus avancé. On pourrait éventuellement dire "lead chaud", mais je pense qu'il faut en tout cas garder lead.

disagree  Jonathan Neve: A hot lead is not a client yet, nor necessarily ready to buy, as would be implied by "prospect mûr". It's still just a lead, it's hot in that there is a reason to believe that they might be interested, but they're not about to buy yet.
