verpflichten Explanation: verwirrend finde ich hier "mandataire" und "mandant", und ich verstehe "engager" hier im Zusammenhang mit dem "mandant" wie folgt = der Vollmachtgeber kann durch den Abschluss (und die Unterzeichnung) von Verträgen durch den Bevollmächtigten nicht verpflichtet werden. |
