Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (2): philgoddard, mchd

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Johannes Gleim Apr 17, 2015:
@ peterinmadrid Due to lack of context, it's questionable, whether the supplier delivers its standard or non-standard product range of perfumes or whether the supplier shall modify his offer. As "decliner" also means non-acceptance of delivery, the subject may refer to storage or return, too. That's why I kindly ask you to explain the context and to inform us about the used translation.

It would help to know what kind of product is involved here, particularly due to the term "échantillon dangereux": is it a chemical product, or a textile item, computer?
Note from asker:
They are samples for a company that makes perfume. They contain a mixture of ethanol and water in different concentrations.

Considering the askers context “They are samples for a company that makes perfume. They contain a mixture of ethanol and water in different concentrations.” I am not sure, whether the company does not accept deliveries or whether they modify the composition of the delivered product. But it’s looks more probable, that the supplier has to follow instructions for delivery. In this case the supplier has the option to send a variety of similar products.
