Hello, I am translating a contrat and I came across the following:
This AGREEMENT is entered into as of {{_es_:signer:date}} (hereinafter “Agreement”) by and between {{_es_:signer1:company}} (hereinafter the “Retailer”), and COMPANY NAME, LLC.
I dont know the meaning of {{_es_:signer:date}} , especially the {{_es_: part, so I am not sure how to translate this. It is a lease contract.
