Distributor shall immediately cease to use the Trade Marks and shall remove all references to Seller and to the Trade Marks, including but not limited to references on its business premises, stationery, advertisements and equipment, and shall not thereafter purport in any manner whatsoever that it has or has had any connection with Seller and/or the Trade Marks, and shall return any stocks of POS materials to Seller free of charge;
