church-state law
From what I can tell, this is really not a discipline like civil law or criminal law, etc., but something usually contained in the constitutions and other similar documents of countries. It is how the relationships between the church and state are set out. But then, my confidence level here is not too high as I am not 100% sure :)

: Kolega, ja som to mal a zrušil.

: No, dajme tomu, aj keď to má dosť obmedzený výskyt. Na druhej strane tie zdroje majú vysokú relevantnosť. Takže súhlas, inak by sa to dalo len opisom.

“The Scope, Sources and Systems of Religion Law”
“Even the expressions used across Europe to represent state law on religion echo the historical role of Christianity: the terms ecclesiastical law, church law, confessional law and the law of church and State being still the most common. The following seeks to elucidate principles of religion law common to the States of Europe…”
“eg in Spain, el derecho eclesiastico del estado is the law of the State which deals with all religions not simply Christian churches; in Denmark, kirkeret (church law) is used similarly; in Poland, law on religion is prawo wyznaniowe – confessional law; in Germany, it is staatskirchenrecht; but in England, ‘ecclesiastical law’ applies only to the established Church of England…”

confessional law
