S'il s'agit d'un contrat portant sur des travailleurs détachés, c'est le terme consacré qui est la traduction de "posting company". (Guide pratique sur la législation applicable dans l’Union européenne (UE), dans l’Espace économique européen (EEE) et en Suisse.) Dans ce contexte, on parle aussi d'"entreprise détachante".

"Home company" n'étant pas un terme consacré en droit, je rappelle ma première proposition, non consacrée, "société d'attache" fondée sur l'idée de "port d'attache", à laquelle l'employé est lié à l'origine, dont le pendant peut être "société d'accueil", celle où l'employé est détaché et où il accomplit une mission.
