Alexandra Schneeuhr Oct 7, 2014:
marigold (asker) Oct 7, 2014:

a single (common) educational space

"Educational space" in English means one of two things. (1) The physical space where educational activities take place or (2) the educational activities themselves (curriculum, teaching approach etc.). It's not clear from the context you give which is intended, but it's almost certainly one or the other, so I would use "educational space".

A common European Higher Education Area

A common European Higher Education Area (EHEA) (official web site http://www.ehea.info) in the framework of the Bologna process.

Initially in the Bologna Declaration on the European space for higher education (2010), it was called also a (common) European space for higher education, the European area of higher education
