Explanation:
Sono perfettamente d'accordo con Paola nell'interpretazione. Il primo punto parla di situazioni "nicht zulässig", quindi iammisbili tout court. Il secondo esprime invece un divieto meno urgente.

Personalmente parlerei di "evitare o correggere rapidamente" quel determinato stato di funzionamento.
