I am translating some recipes, one of them explains "FLocage chocolat" as follows:
"Flocage chocolat
Dans une casserole, faites fondre le chocolat noir avec le beurre de cacao à 35°C. Débarrassez le tout dans un pistolet à chocolat, puis pulvérisez sur les carrés en utilisant 3 pochoirs en forme de cercle de différentes tailles"

However, "flocage chocolat" is also a term in the list of ingredients.
I have found "flocadura" and "flocado" but just in "isolated" texts, I do not trust this translation.
Any ideas?

La palabra no existe en el diccionario de la RAE, pero se emplea bastante. Es un término que se emplea más en el ámbito textil, más o menos equivalente a "serigrafiado".

En este caso sería "dar una mano de pintura de chocolate con pistola " a un dulce cualquiera.

Bien que le terme "flocado" me plaise beaucoup, je propose un autre terme qui semble utilisé dans le cadre de l'utilisation d'un pistolet à chocolat, mais pour une couche très fine et très légère de chocolat.
