sitting as ... ; (held) in chambers Explanation: Thank you for the extra bit of info. In a list of documents, then as expressed in your extract, I read this as meaning the TGI sitting as xxx (whatever term you are using for "référés"). You might even consider that it is enough to say "(held) in chambers", or "in judge's chambers" (in the singular as the procedure requires a single judge). |
