(2) Tiered Turnover is Turnover on Walk-Up transactions, including ATMs.
(3) Walk-Up transactions mean any transactions other than Wholesale and Pre-Order.
(4) Pre-Order transactions means any transactions or services supplied at the Unit which have been ordered in advance on the Landlord’s website; Wholesale transactions means transactions or services provided to other businesses.
