Esto aparece en un documento de la Caja de Seguro Social de Panamá, en el margen superior derecho. Se trata de un informe acerca de una tomografía computada en el que se describen el procedimiento y los resultados. Abajo de esto figura una fecha. Me pregunto si CT puede ser la abreviatura de algún tipo de documento en Panamá. Les agradecería mucho cualquier ayuda/sugerencia que pudieran brindarme.

I don't know what it means, so in that case I either have to ask the client, or else refer them to my own working conditions:
"5) No se puede garantizar las traducciones de abreviaciones y/o acrónimos que no hayan sido definidos en el texto original, excepto los más comunes."

CAT or CT is the usual abbreviation for that type of scan, but CT on the form could equally be something else. In this case, I assume that the person sending me the document must know, so I ask them.

Explanation:
CT son las siglas en inglés de tomografía computada (CT scan). Tal vez sea el número de identificación de la tomografía junto con la fecha en que se realizó. Lo confirma tu contexto? Suerte!
