I'm trying to find a term that distinguishes this from "Contratto di agenzia". Does anyone know the difference?
The context is a document describing debt collection services that a company provides through a network of collectors. These collectors are engaged on two types of contract. In another part of the document it refer to Mandato con rappresentanza.
NAME OF COMPANY sviluppa la propria rete esattoriale con 2 forme tecniche di contrattualistica:
• Mandato di rappresentanza.
• Contratto di agenzia.
In entrambe le forme contrattuali vengono previste penali per mancata attività e fidejussioni base a garanzia della tutela del servizio svolto.

It's a bit of a spurious difference in English as in common law systems they are invariably all referred to as agency agreements.

The two contractual forms are governed by different provisions of the Civil Code (art. 1703 ff and art. 1742 ff).
