Si tratta di un contratto fra un fornitore di servizi e un cliente. La frase in italiano recita "Per tutta la durata del presente Contratto, il Partner si obbliga a far sì che le condizioni, anche di carattere economico, applicate ai Servizi e praticate in favore dei Passeggeri, *non siano mai peggiorative* rispetto a quelle praticate nei confronti dei non-Clienti".

La struttura mi sembra pesante e farraginosa anche in italiano, come renderla in inglese?
Avevo pensato a: "For the duration of this Contract the Partner is bound to ensure that the Service conditions, economic ones included, provided to Passengers, are of the same or higher level than those offered to non-Customers".
