English to Polish Bus/Financial Finance (general) Share purchase agreeement

PURCHASER purchases the Target Shares of XXX for unlimited partition period (the "Partition Period"), and any and all request for earliest termination of the Partition Period shall be a subject of the written request and full consent of current Shareholders of XXX and PURCHASER.
Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of the Purchase Agreement, SELLER hereby sell, assign, and transfer to PURCHASER, and PURCHASER hereby purchase from SELLER for Partition Period the Target Shares at the Closing (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) for the agreed purchase price of XX.
