English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The consolidated net sales, in the Territory, of Contractor and its sublicensed
Subsidiaries, generated by the supply of any gases, products, services and equipment, in
the Field of this Agreement.
These net sales shall not include sales to any company which pays, directly or indirectly, to X a royalty on its own sales according to a technology license agreement in the Field.

The consolidated net royalties received by Contractor and its sublicensed Subsidiaries,
from sublicensed third parties of the Technology or X's Improvements.
