Each Shareholder shall ensure that only one of its representatives shall at any particular General Meeting be empowered to vote its respective 50% (fifty per cent) of the Shares.

The Shareholders shall ensure that their chosen representatives (and their alternates) at a General Meeting shall have sufficient authority and signing powers to enable them to take all decisions needed to be taken at or during a meeting of the General Meeting without the need for adjourning the meeting for further instructions.
